    • Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, will issue a replacement at no charge.
    • Incorrect Size: If you receive an item that is not the size you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement in the correct size at no additional cost to you.
  3. Re-Shipments: All re-shipments due to lost shipments or incorrect sizes will be made at no charge to the customer.
